Our goal is to channel that enthusiasm and eagerness towards challenging curriculum, giving the students opportunity to become self-reliant, confident decision makers.  They are given strategies for gaining responsibility and organizational skills.  They learn to respect each other and cooperate by working together on projects. Reading is a major emphasis because we know that that engenders life-long learners.
