Mrs. Cordrey  works with students in gradeskindergarten through fifth grade.  She loves to use the inclusion philosphy and strategies from the book TRIBES in her teachings. 

TRIBES is a program used school wide to promote inclusion and a positive learning environment. Teachers are trained in the theory, basic research and methodology for creating a community of learners. The TRIBES agreements serve as the foundational skills for working and learning together. Those agreements are:

	attentive listening
	mutual respect
	appreciation/no putdowns
	the right to participate
